Anxiety Counselling
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, affecting your thoughts, body, and daily life. You might notice constant worry, difficulty relaxing, trouble sleeping, or a sense of being “on edge” much of the time. Sometimes, anxiety can also show up as panic attacks, avoidance of certain situations, or feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your experiences. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your anxiety, understand your triggers, and develop practical ways to manage - helping you feel calmer, more confident, and better able to move through life with a sense of control and ease.

Depression Counselling
Depression can affect how you feel, think, and cope with everyday life. You may experience persistent low mood, loss of interest in things you once enjoyed, low energy, difficulty sleeping, or a sense of being disconnected. You may find yourself withdrawing from others. At times, you may be overwhelmed by feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness or struggle with thoughts of not wanting to be here.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly about whatever you’re going through - no matter how heavy or overwhelming it may feel. Together, we’ll explore what’s underlying your experience, begin to make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions, and find ways to support you to move forward. Counselling can help you feel more understood, more grounded, and gradually reconnect with a sense of hope.

Trauma Counselling
Trauma occurs when something threatening, frightening, or disempowering leaves a lasting impact on how you feel, think, and cope. This can result from a single incident, ongoing difficulties, or harmful events in childhood, and may affect your sense of safety, emotions, and relationships. You may notice anxiety, low mood, flashbacks, nightmares, or feeling constantly on edge. Some people feel numb or disconnected, and may struggle with trust, relationships, or a sense of safety.
I support people coping with the lasting effects of childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and complex PTSD. I offer a safe, steady, and compassionate space where you can process what has happened at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore the effects on your life today while building self-compassion, a sense of empowerment, and resilience. Counselling can help you feel more grounded, regain control, and reconnect with yourself as you move forward with understanding and confidence.
