Grounded in trauma-informed practice, I draw on the three complementary modalities — Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis — along with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioural approaches and practical life insights. I blend these methods to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
