our first session

LAYING THE FOUNDATION FOR THERAPY

Our first session is a welcoming space for us to get to know each other and start building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

​

During this session, we will discuss your background and personal history, helping me understand the experiences that have shaped you.

​

Together, we will explore what has brought you to counselling and identify your hopes and goals.

​

This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process.​

INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING FOR 

WELLBEING

Ongoing sessions, usually held weekly, offer a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences.

 

​Sessions adapt to your evolving needs, with regular reviews of progress and personal goals.

 

Therapy can be short-term (6–12 sessions) to address specific challenges or longer-term for more complex emotional, psychological, or trauma-related issues. Longer-term therapy allows the time needed for deeper healing and personal growth.

 

The approach is flexible and collaborative, ensuring that the pace and direction of the therapy feel right for you.

All sessions are 50 minutes.

Fees

Standard Fee: £65

Trainee Therapist Fee: £50

​

Concessionary Fees: a limited number of sessions at a concessionary rate are available.
